Eve Gonsiorek

Through their time on the Fitness Floor, Eve demonstrates to members a healthy life can be an amazing experience.

Eve earned her Bachelor of Science degree, and her Master of Science degree in physical education, from the Academy of Physical Education in Poznan, Poland. She earned her personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise, Group Fitness instructor certification from Les Mills™ in various classes, and Pilates reformer instructor certification from Peak Pilates®.

She has worked in the fitness and health industry for over two decades as a fitness specialist, personal trainer, and diabetes educator (certified through Joslin Inpatient Hospital, Boston). Her experience with Fitness and Wellness Professional Services dates to its start-up days with the first Center locations where she advanced to fitness manager.

Eve helps her clients improve their lives through physical activity. Her Group Fitness experience adds an extra element of support on the Fitness Floor where she motivates and trains with compassion. She specializes in total-body workouts, with tremendous emphasis on core engagement.

In addition to her training and instructor responsibilities, Eve manages the Women’s Health & Wellness Retreat at the Center.
