Eileen has an extensive background to share with Center members. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from The College of New Jersey, a Bachelor of Science degree in business education/accounting from Trenton State College, and served in the United States Navy. She is a certified health and fitness specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine, a certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise, a certified TRX Suspension trainer, and an aquatic specialist through the Aquatic Exercise Association.
A baby boomer herself, Eileen likes working with this population. She focuses on members with special needs. She is skilled at creating exercise programs that encompass land routines and aquatics for maximum benefit.
In her free time, Eileen enjoys reading suspense novels, biking, sailing, spending time with friends and family, and going to the pool.
Eileen’s philosophy: “If you don’t move, at some point, you won’t be able to move.” She recognizes limitations, and challenges her clients to work with them. She urges clients to always remember that it’s what we can do– not what we can’t do– that is important.
