Personal Trainer Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Scranton. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Anthony is also certified in Hardstyle Kettlebell instruction as well as TRX Group Suspension training.
Anthony specializes in circuit, sports, and core training. During each session, he works with clients to help them develop body awareness. This allows them to determine which exercises work best, and to set goals accordingly.
In his free time, Anthony follows college basketball, and pro-baseball and football. He enjoys unwinding by playing games on his PlayStation® 3.
Anthony believes it takes hard work to accomplish the biggest successes. He works his clients hard, and loves to see the smiles that the results produce.
