The whole atmosphere at the Center is one of acceptance, inspiration, and hope. It is amazing to see and feel all the care that goes into helping each member live a healthier lifestyle. I am so grateful to be one of them! The Center is truly a blessing to me. It allows me to be the sole caretaker of my 97-year-old mother at this stage in her life. Trainer Anthony Notaroberto helps build my bone density and muscle strength to meet my needs with exercises that achieve these goals. I feel so much stronger. Anthony helps me realize all things are possible, even though I am almost 71 years old.

I began my journey into health and wellness when I became a Center member about a year and a half ago. To date, I have lost almost 50 pounds and gained nearly 10 pounds of muscle. The staff members are encouraging, friendly, and knowledgeable. The support I have received has given me self-confidence, strength, courage, and an overall sense of well-being. I have enjoyed a more robust quality-of-life, which has transcended into richer personal and professional relationships. In April 2012, I was diagnosed with the beginning of osteoporosis. I wanted to arrest the progression of bone loss. I explained my situation to Personal Trainer Morgan who developed a workout program for me that targeted the affected areas. The results of the second scan were better than I hoped. The bone loss was arrested and there was significant increase in bone density. The osteoporosis was gone! In 10 months, I reversed deterioration that occurred over three years. Now, I know my new exercises and diet are the right things for me. The scan results are proof! Thank you, RWJ Hamilton Center for Health & Wellness!

I decided to try the Center after unsuccessful experiences elsewhere. Immediately, I was evaluated by a trainer who provided me with a strength and cardio routine. In only six months, I lost 30 pounds and 10 percent of my body fat! I learned physical fitness can be fun and very rewarding. I take advantage of all the Center offers. Now, I eat healthier and enjoy Group Fitness classes to vary my routine, which proved beneficial and fun. Center trainers and staff treat me as an individual, not a number walking through the door. This facility helped not only change my figure but also my lifestyle. I have more energy than ever. Thanks for keeping me motivated and committed!
