Nellie Brook

Pilates Manager Nellie helps members achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind. A lifelong love of fitness and dance inspired her impressive background.

She earned a Master of Arts degree in exercise and sport science with a specialization in clinical exercise from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in education and philosophy from Tel Aviv University.

Nellie is a certified Pilates reformer instructor through the Sport and Recreation Management School, Melbourne. She also has earned myriad certifications in Pilates as well as other fitness and health disciplines. Prior to her arrival in the United States, Nellie owned a Pilates and personal training studio in Sydney, Australia. Her varied schooling and experience in the fitness world makes Nellie the ideal manager for the Center’s Pilates program. She has successfully helped special populations with chronic health conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and chronic back pain. Nellie and her Pilates team provide a safe, effective fitness experience with guidance toward overall improved health. Beyond those with special needs, Nellie helps members achieve greater flexibility and muscular endurance for optimum athletic performance and enjoyment of everyday life.

During free time, Nellie enjoys her own Pilates routines, running, traveling, and spending time with her family. Her favorite eats: ice cream and fruit.

Nellie and her Pilates team provide Center members with the ability to reach their true potential.
