Demos will be held Mondays at 10:00am, Tuesdays at 10:30am, Thursdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 9:00am.
Flight School is a combination of Kinesis®, plyometrics, bodyweight, and kettlebell exercises. It is a full-circuit workout, focusing on core stability, mobility, and cardio. The demos will be held at the Kinesis® wall.
