Bio: Inspired by her own personal journey to a healthier lifestyle, Danielle began a career in fitness. She has been helping others improve their lives ever since. Danielle earned her personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers.

She specializes in helping her clients improve overall fitness capacity. She is skilled at helping all age groups reach weight loss goals, from children to the elderly. Her experience includes improving speed, agility, and coordination.

Danielle is a lifelong horseback rider, who owns her own horse. Her dedicated care of him, including through his numerous illnesses, led to Danielle becoming her veterinarian’s assistant. She loves being outdoors, especially at the beach in the summer. Danielle enjoys late-night barbecues and summer evenings. October is her favorite month. She loves the colors and crisp air of fall.

Some of her other favorites include grocery shopping (it assures healthy food is purchased for her family), being active, spending time with friends and family, acknowledging blessings, surprises, and spontaneity. Cheeseburgers are her favorite food indulgence.

Danielle helps her clients recognize their self-worth. Through the power of healthy living and fitness, she helps them experience pride and love of life.
